Creme Brulee Recipe

Ingredients :

500 cc of milk cream
4 egg yolks
60 grams sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
45 grams of brown sugar







Instructions:

Mix the egg yolks and sugar, beat until blended, then set aside.


Cook milk cream over medium heat until small bubbles exist in the suburbs, and enter the egg mixture was a little bit, stirring constantly, cook until thickened about 15 minutes.


Add vanilla extract, mix well, then remove from heat.


Prepare 6 small heat-resistant bowl, then pour the mixture into it, cover, store in refrigerator to cool for 6 hours.


If you will be served, sprinkle brown sugar on top, then bake for 3 minutes until brown sugar melts, remove, let cool briefly and serve.
