Monkey Bread (Sweet Rolls) Recipe

  • Cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 pkg. frozen rolls (24 count)
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 stick of butter


  1. Grease a bundt pan and sprinkle in cinnamon and nut (if using).
  2. Place frozen rolls on top.
  3. Sprinkle pudding mix over the rolls.
  4. Cook the butter and sugar until dissolved and pour over the rolls.
  5. Cover the pan with a sheet of wax paper sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Cover with a tea towel and leave at room temperature for 8 hours.
  7. Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes.
  8. Let sit for a minute to cool before inverting the pan onto a serving plate.
  9. Spoon any leftover sauce over the top of the rolls and serve warm.
