Nacho Bites

  • tortilla chips
  • cooked chicken, diced
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream
  • guacamole
  • salsa
  • cilantro


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil (this just makes clean up easier). Lay chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Top each chip with chicken and cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  3. Top each chip with sour cream, guacamole and salsa, then a cilantro leaf for garnish.
  4. Serve on a platter, or shoot, just eat them right off of the baking sheet.
